Cancellation/No Show Policy
Please respect our providers time as well as other guests. All appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours will be charged a fee of 50% the service being cancelled. All no shows will be charged 100% of the price of service(s) scheduled.
Late clients have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes we will move on to our next appointment. If you are running late, please contact us and we will try to accommodate if possible.
All products and services are non refundable. If you are not satisfied with your visit, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to work with you on a resolution.
